Account Deletion Request

Users can request deletion of their LegalSeek account directly within the mobile application.

Steps to Delete Your Account

  • 1 Open the LegalSeek mobile app
  • 2 Go to Profile or Settings
  • 3 Select "Delete Account"
  • 4 Confirm your request
⚠️ Once the request is submitted, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 7–30 days, subject to legal and compliance requirements.

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • User profile information
  • Uploaded documents
  • Case-related data
  • Activity history

Data That May Be Retained

  • Minimal records required for legal, compliance, or fraud prevention purposes

Can't Access Your Account?

If you are unable to access your account, you may request deletion by contacting:
